Scope of service

OpenAdapt Hosted runs compiled OpenAdapt flows against browser / internet-reachable targets only.

Prohibited / out of scope

• No PHI / PHI-adjacent data. Protected Health Information and regulated health workflows are NOT permitted on the hosted plan. Those belong to the self-hosted Enterprise lane.
• Desktop-only and Citrix/VDI targets are Enterprise-lane (self-hosted).
• No credentials for systems you are not authorized to automate.

Data handling

Bundles and run reports are stored in the customer’s tenant scope. Secrets are injected into the per-run container at execution time and are never written to logs or reports. (Secrets vault is a Phase 2 item — see README.)
